At Carmel Clay Schools and Fetzerhaus Technology, I built the foundation with devices, applications, networks, permissions, and plenty of hands on troubleshooting.

Service desk and technical onboarding work at Braden Business Systems taught me that a fix only counts when the customer understands it, the team can support it, and the documentation survives the handoff.

I moved into technical alignment, onboarding coordination, and now client transition engineering. Today I guide new Harbor IT clients from discovery through implementation, quality checks, and support handoff.

MyGolfLinks
MyGolfLinks is a golf technology platform for players, courses, and partners. I cofounded it because too much golf technology makes people work around the software.
My role lives between an idea and a dependable release. I help turn workflows into requirements, plan permissions and data paths, coordinate development and testing, document what breaks, and keep the next priority clear.
Family
Mariah and I are raising Leland, Sutton, and Tatum. Griffey and Otis provide additional noise and almost no useful supervision.
