Kinnon Roudebush Indiana

Team first.
Builder always.

I help teams move complicated technology from first conversation to clean handoff. When I find a problem worth solving, I build.

Indiana

I learned teamwork before I called it teamwork.

I grew up around sports, brothers, and the kind of people who show up when they say they will. That shaped how I work more than any job title ever has.

Koby and KJ were my first teammates. We still compete, laugh, and keep each other honest.

Do your part. Explain what matters. Make sure nobody gets left guessing. Finish the job.

Work history

How I got here

I learned the work close to the user, then kept taking ownership of more.

2019 to 2021

Learn the basics

At Carmel Clay Schools and Fetzerhaus Technology, I built the foundation with devices, applications, networks, permissions, and plenty of hands on troubleshooting.

Computer Technician • Systems Engineer

2021 to 2023

Listen first

Service desk and technical onboarding work at Braden Business Systems taught me that a fix only counts when the customer understands it, the team can support it, and the documentation survives the handoff.

Service Desk Analyst • Technical Onboarding Specialist

2023 to present

Own the handoff

I moved into technical alignment, onboarding coordination, and now client transition engineering. Today I guide new Harbor IT clients from discovery through implementation, quality checks, and support handoff.

Technical Alignment • Onboarding Coordinator • Client Transition Engineer

Present

Build what is missing

MyGolfLinks is where the whole playbook comes together: listening to users, turning workflows into requirements, coordinating development and releases, testing the details, and building technology around how people really work.

Cofounder • Product and Technical Lead

Family

The people behind everything.

Mariah and I are raising Leland, Sutton, and Tatum. Griffey and Otis provide additional noise and almost no useful supervision.

Say hello

Tech, golf, or something worth building?

If it is interesting and useful, I am probably happy to talk about it.
